Hi everyone and welcome to my Healthy Absolution website. Health has been my passion and my never-ending journey ever since I was 14 years old and over the years I have researched and found numerous resources, products, techniques, exercises and routines to improve my strength, health, performance, and overall well-being.
Ever since I was a kid, I was always weak compared to everybody around me and easy to get sick. I was oftentimes looking for ways to improve my strength, health, and performance to be in the same ground as everyone else. I wanted fast change and I was making very slow progress compared to everyone else. It took me years and there had been changes to my lifestyle, diet, and training techniques to make faster progress, all through finding what works and doesn’t work.
Now I want to share my experience.
Over my years, I have learned a lot about different training techniques, diet plans, and lifestyle changes that will help you improve your strength, health, performance, and overall well-being….and I want to offer others some insight into many of these as well as provide you with updated tips and techniques that the real experts are using these days.
The Start Of My Journey
Growing up was not easy for me, I was smaller and weaker than everyone else. In fact, I get very sick easily 2 to 4 times a year, barely lift any weights, having a skinny-fat body, feeling more tired than my peers, and can barely run a mile. I was an easy target for bullies. I weighed only 90 lbs at 14 years old.
Eventually, I decided to change my life. There had been to spend a lot of time and money to find the right training, techniques, supplements, and diets to gain some weight, improve my health, and get stronger. I literally used to spend hours after high school in my local gyms with numerous fitness trainers doing cardio, lifting weights, setting/maintaining proper diet, and finding the right supplements to achieve results. At the same time, I would also spend hours on maintaining/improving my intelligence/memory/grades at high school and doing college level math (GPA 3.2 but I could have done better).
Over the years, there had been to change my strategy and diet to achieve faster results. I stopped training with fitness trainers and I turned to numerous YouTube fitness/health channels and fitness/health websites to update/revise my strategies. There are obviously genetic limitations to your overall success, but when you obtain the right information and follow experts like Jeff Cavaliere (athlete training YouTuber), Madeleine Shaw (healthy living author) and many other celebrities/athletes, you realize that anything can be overcome and that good work ethic and hard work can truly lead to your successful results in health/fitness, just as a can in anything in life.
It is Everywhere, It Is Never Too Late
From young to old, out-of-shape to naturals, especially people with medical issues/injuries, health/fitness is almost everybody’s concern. Everyone’s goals are different, those include packing more muscle, lose fat, cure their illnesses, get stronger, perform better, look attractive, not get sick, or live longer.
Everyone has different body types and medical conditions. Strategies and diet may vary and change depending on the individual’s current state and goal. Ultimately, the core and the fundamental of all success into getting the health/fitness goals are the consistency, willpower, patience, positivism, focus, and most importantly knowledge.
The contents I will be providing here will be spotlighted on improving your health and I will go over numerous topics over all different kinds of health issues. Building muscle, detoxing your body, losing fat, fixing medical problems, you name it! What will be covered in those topics will include the proper nutrition/dieting options (what to eat and not eat), the various yet appropriate exercises, routine plans, the supplements that can help you achieve your goal faster.
It is never too late to start.
The Right Knowledge and Action is Power, It Takes Time
Information is key to success, all hard-work will be wasted effort if you don’t know what you are doing. You can at least “know” everything but without applying action to what you think you know, you will never find out. A lot can be done with the right diet plan, routine, and exercises.
The road is going to be difficult and it should be but in the end it will be worth it. In the end you will achieve a healthier stronger body, free from sluggish fat, never getting sick again (or less frequently), youthful energy, and a sunny well-being.
I am continuing my journey on being healthier/stronger every day and I will be more than glad to provide you the knowledge I learned from experts and some tricks that I learned on my own.
